How Can I Help?

There are many ways in which you can help the South Bucks RSPCA:

BECOME A FOSTERER

We are desperate for short & long term foster homes for cats and dogs and volunteers to help man our busy homing line.

For Cats please contact Joan on

08453 707525 or e-mail

For Dogs contact a Homing Officer on:

01844 273560 or e-mail

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

WE are always looking for extra help and our band of hard-working volunteers provide invaluable support, time and financial help in many of the areas below.
...If you can help with donations, support and/or are willing to give a little of your precious time, even if its spending a couple of hours a day in one of our shops, then we would be delighted to hear from you.

LEAVE A LEGACY OR MAKE A DONATION

BECOME A MEMBER OF THE RSPCA

IF you care for animals, help protect them from cruelty by joining the world's largest and oldest animal welfare organisation, the RSPCA.

Every year we save and rehome hundreds of sick, injured and cruelly-treated animals, as well as campaigning for new animal welfare laws. As we receive no funding from the national charity or government funding, the local RSPCA branch relies on your help to make all this possible.

Members receive the Society's full-colour Animal Life Magazine four times a year, a special membership badge as well as an informative local newsletter four times a year, as well as the local branch annual report.

Become a member for £17.50 a year or join with your partner for £25 a year. You must be 18 or over. For more information please ring South Bucks RSPCA administrator Sarah Pollard 01494 530012

STORAGE SPACE NEEDED IN CHESHAM

South Bucks RSPCA is in desperate need of additional storage space in the Chesham area.

The expanding number of charity shops run by the branch means that more space is needed where donations and items from house clearances can be stored before going on sale in the shops.

South Bucks RSPCA chair Linda Rimington said: "Ideally we would like a small industrial unit, but we cannot afford to pay the going rent for such a facility.

"If someone could offer us something similar, or even a large garage, or part of a barn at a reasonable cost, than that would be fantastic."

If you can help the Branch with its storage space problem, please call Branch shops manager, Josie Alleway on 01494 810118.
